Why Foodie Design?

I knew him before he became Pepe Saya.

Why be a niche designer? Why have I chosen to focus exclusively on food and cut myself off from potential clients who aren't food businesses, and thereby potential revenue? Why not be a generic designer to all people and businesses? Why should I let my experience and insights in the food industry and knowledge of food facts, laws and standards go to waste and un-utilised? Why should I not be inspired by people who truly care about producing the highest quality product possible? Why should I forsake my food related business contacts? Why should I leave behind such awesome people whom I've come to consider friends? Why wouldn't I want to enjoy my client's awesome food? Why wouldn't I focus all my creative energy to something that I love and enjoy?
